This is our menu for our winter weekend wood oven pizza and wine events

Please note only the items in red are available. Maximum group size is 4 to 6 people due to the small scale of our cellar door.


Bookings are essential.

– we source over 70% of our ingredients from the Adelaide Hills where they are made or grown!

– the wood fired brick oven is fired with our Lenswood vineyard vine cuttings when available!

– artisanal hand stretched wood fired thin crust base – 2 persons / 12 inch

– 12 inch gluten free bases are available for $2- extra per pizza

– organic crushed tomato sauce made with oregano, rosemary & EVOO

– all pizzas are pre made off site, by us, on the day and cooked individually in our oven – please allow a minimum of 15 minutes for us to prepare your pizzas.   

– please allow a minimum of 30 minutes to bring out your food if you are in a group of 10 or more.                                     If we are busy it may take longer.

– adelaide hills onions caramelized with our red wine, sprinkled w bd Farm Paris Creek feta, La Vera bocconcini, and oven roasted capsicum, dotted with Beerenberg caramelized onion jam & topped w baby spinach leaves




mt barker smokehouse            $23-

– mt barker Skara salami, sopresso, proscuitto and chorizo, & La Vera mozzarella.


onkaparinga lamb                     $23-

– adelaide hills spiced lamb, yoghurt & garlic sauce, Mt Alexandrina feta & oven roasted capsicum, topped with baby spinach leaves



Winemaker's Pizza

winemaker’s special                  $23-

– hahndorf vine ripened tomatoes, Lenswood organic garlic with Skara sopresso (fennel and garlic salami) and proscuitto. The winemaker’s new favourite!


burra black sheep                   $23-

– Skara proscuitto & pork and roasted fennel seed salami, organic Flinders Ranges spiced lamb, & La Vera mozzarella.


 hahndorf salmon                      $25-

-hahndorf Harris oak smoked salmon, Skara free range prosciutto, B-d Farm Paris Creek fetta, dotted with sour cream then sprinkled with capers and fresh dill.


Gluten free bases are also available.  $2- extra

Coeliacs – we can prepare and cook your pizza on baking paper, but this will be done in an environment that is non gluten free.




Please allow 15 minutes for us to prepare these. If we have a large group or if we are busy it may take longer.

Groups – Please Pre Book your platters so we can prepare as much in advance as possible.

“Artisans” Gourmet platter                      $35-

Harris smoked salmon, Skara prosciutto, & chorizo, Onkaparinga ham, La Vera peppato and camembert (or B-d Farm), Milano olives, almonds, Ad Hills dip & Baylies lavash. (Some items depend on seasonal availability)


Tasting plate “Artisans” Gourmet Platter           $25-

Same as the above but in an entree sized serve so you can have this as a course before your wood oven pizza!






New cheese platter

“Hand Made” Cheese platter                      $35-

75g serve of each cheese: La Vera peppato, pan fried haloumi and camembert (or B-d Farm), Mt Alexandrina gouda, Baylies lavash, Lenswood pear (or apple) & Beerenberg caramelised fig jam. (Some items depend on seasonal availability)


Entree sized “Hand made” Cheese platter $20-

Same as the above but in a smaller serve so you can have this as a course before or after your wood oven pizza!


Extra Lavash $3-



– all wine is made from Adelaide Hills grapes, made and bottled by the Tilbrook Estate winery. Estate wines and chardonnays are made from grapes grown at our Lenswood vineyard!

River Port and Besa are both made in Lobethal. We support local, Adelaide Hills businesses wherever possible!

Besa is made from 100% natural cold pressed fresh fruit and contains no additives or preservatives.



Bottled water is available for free.
