Cellar Door
We finished building our environmentally / eco-friendly cellar door in 2021. It is zero net carbon and powered by solar PV and thermal. Second to our passion for wine is our passion for sustainable building design and materials, as well as renewable energy.
From the beautiful Danish inspired interior (inspired by Annabelle’s family heritage) you’ll be treated to amazing views over the upper Onkaparinga Valley. You’ll see orchards, vineyards, pastures, kangaroos, cattle, native birds plus be “up in the clouds” on a wet, wintry day, or in amongst it on a sunny day with nature all around!
Tastings at Tilbrook Estate
Bookings are highly recommended. All tastings are seated hosted tastings. We offer you a flight of 5 wines from our wine range to taste for $15 pp or choose to taste 8 wines which include our Reserve wines for $20 pp. All tastings include our new Estate wines and our “hope!” range. After the bushfire these were wines were sold to us at cost, so we could get back on our feet. We had no grapes in Vintage 2020, less than a tonne in 2021, a third of our usual in 2022, half in 2023 and 2024. We are on the path to recovery but it takes time.
The “hope!” label name came from all the amazing acts of generosity from individuals and companies that gave us “hope!” that we would be able to carry on. Now visitors to our cellar door are doing the same by contributing to the rejuvenation and replanting of our vineyard and rebuilding of our winery.
Tastings are between 45 minutes long and an hour. Please book here for tastings for groups less than 12 people. For larger groups between 12 and 30 people, please contact us. We are open Saturday and Sunday and for tastings, sales and lunch from our gourmet pizza menu. We are also open Monday and Friday 12 noon to 5pm for tasting, sales and tastings with a tapas menu to choose from (see below to book). We are closed on public holidays.

Enjoy lunch by the fire in the cooler months in our beautiful cellar door with amazing views or relax outside during the warmer months. We are now open Saturdays, Sundays and for tastings and sales between 12 – 5 pm with lunch service between 12 and 3.00pm.

From October 2025 we are very excited to announce that we will be welcoming Spanish Chef Juan Gallego from @adelaidepaella to the Tilbrook Estate Kitchen! Juan will provide an authentic Spanish menu of Tapas, Paella and Spanish desserts. He will also retain the best of the best of our Pinsa Pala Romana pizzas for those who have loved our great Italian sourdough pizzas!

We are open Friday nights from 5.30pm – 9.00pm. Watch the sun set over the valley and as the weather cools settle in by the fire and start the weekend right with a glass or two of our best and choice from Juan Gallego’s authentic tapas, paella and Spanish dessert menu along with our crowd favourite best of the best Pinsa Pala Romana pizzas.
Book a long table with family and friends or just unwind with a table for two with the fairy lights on, tea lights lit, good food and wine and fire stoked enjoy a perfect Friday night out.

We now offer gift cards! Ideal as presents these can be redeemed for anything we sell in the cellar door: tastings, lunch and wine.
