Tasting Australia Slow Food Day

Sun May 5th

We’re very excited be gearing up for our Tasting Australia event on Sun May 5th at the cellar door.

@enrico_sgarbossa_ will pair up with chef @chefkanepollard for an exciting locally sourced slow food focussed curated lunch all beautifully paired with our own very small batch Tilbrook Estate single Lenswood vineyard wine.

We will be one of several producers guests will visit on the day with the event starting at @paracombe_premium_perry orchard.

“This Tasting Australia 2024 event ties in with an important project the Slow Food committee is working on. Slow Food South Australia is soon to launch Slow Food International’s Snail of Approval recognition program, which inspires producers, food artisans, farmers, growers, chefs and restaurant/café owners to use and embrace the Slow Food values of good, clean and fair food from our regions.”

We’re excited that to be partnering with @slowfoodsouthaustralia who’s ethos and values are core to both us as a wine producer and cellar door and also so important to our @enrico_sgarbossa_ in all that he does.

For tickets visit https://tastingaustralia.com.au/products/events/2024/adelaide-hills-slow-food-trail. Coach pick up from Victoria Square, central Adelaide at beginning of day.

For those from interstate, it’s a fantastic time to plan a visit!! Los of fabulous accommodation within a stones throw of the cellar door – feel free to message for details!
